The National Library of Scotland now has over a quarter of a million maps available online, primarily covering Great Britain and Scotland in the last two centuries. This talk will focus on which of these are the most useful for family history research, and their primary content. It will demonstrate the main ways of finding these maps and viewing them online, as well as the range of georeferenced map viewers, and how these can best be used together.

This webinar is included in the Nov 2020 - Jan 2021 Season Ticket
