Unleash the power of visual communication with our immersive two-part workshop on "Powerful Visual Presentations: Mastering Diagrams and Charts in PowerPoint." Presented by SAG volunteer, Andrew Redfern, learn the principles of effective diagram creation.
Combining both demonstrations and practical exercises, this workshop allows you to practice skills and techniques to design charts and diagrams that clearly communicate your intention. At the completion of the workshop you will have several diagrams and charts of your own family tree which can be used in a variety of ways.
About the presenter:
Andrew Redfern is a passionate family historian and technology enthusiast. Since his initial interest in researching his family tree in the mid 1980s, Andrew has developed a deep interest in how technology can enhance the way we explore and preserve our family histories.
Recently, Andrew has become interested in the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning to aid family historians. He has been exploring various AI-powered tools and software that can assist in genealogical research and is excited about the possibilities they offer.
This is an online session using the Zoom platform.
