DATASETS

Search datasets through the online MIDAS catalogue

The Society's MIDAS catalogue doesn't just provide information about our Archives; it also contains many datasets. You can find these through a BASIC search in MIDAS. Search for a specific person - Frederick Green - or do a much broader search by choosing a surname. Once on the results screen, sorting the Call No/Description field by file number will group together records which come from the same source. In some instances logged-in SAG members will be able to see the full transcription of an entry by downloading the attachment to the file or ordering more information through MIDAS, in other cases there is no additional information available.

These datasets listed below are a combination of card indexes which have now been captured electronically by volunteers, digital versions of SAG material previously published on CD-ROM and microfiche, and indexes prepared by members and donated to the Society. Where additional information is available through MIDAS or through the SAG Library at 2/379 Kent Street this is shown.

New records are being added to the datasets on MIDAS on a regular basis.
