November 2024 Digitisation Fundraising Campaign

Help us with digitisation equipment upgrades for our collection

At the Society of Australian Genealogists, we are dedicated to supporting your family history research through innovative resources and technologies. To continue providing the highest level of service and accessibility, we are seeking your support to raise $15,000 to upgrade our digitisation equipment that will greatly enhance our ability to digitise and preserve valuable historical documents.

Why Your Contribution Matters

New equipment will enable us to:

• Efficiently provide a vast array of documents on microform, making them accessible to our members and the broader community.
• Preserve fragile materials that are at risk of deterioration.
• Enhance the quality of our archival services providing clearer, more detailed images for your research.

The Society is a registered charity and tax-deductible donations can be made at any time. Your gift will support the Society's operations and projects associated with our collection, and support the provision of education and family history materials to the public.

All cash donations are tax deductible under the Income Tax Assessment Act (ATO Reference DGR 76233) and a receipt will be issued to you for your records. 

Donations assist us to maintain and develop our resources, services and facilities for the benefit of all current and future researchers. 

The Society is licenced for donations through NSW Charitable Fundraising No. CFN/26276.
