What better way to prepare for Mother's Day than by joining Emma Bulfin and Sonia Martinez from Fareloom (www.fareloom.co) as they help you overcome the challenges of using a family recipe that has been passed down through the generations and discuss methods for preserving these precious reminders of our ancestors. This session will include:-

Different ways we can honour ancestors through food

Collecting the stories, experiences, memories and recipes for a particular ancestor

● Dealing with challenges from old recipes

o What to do when there is no recipe

o Old conversions and ingredients

o Methods and instructions that may not be noted down

● How to preserve original recipes, electronically or physical format
