Family History Connect | General questions on Ancestry and AncestryDNA

Our 'members-only' series, Family History Connect, feature themed sessions focusing on particular areas of genealogical research.

Sessions are generally facilitated by one of the Society’s wonderful volunteers and will take place in-person at our Family History Research Centre & Library. These sessions are open to all current members of the Society.

Join our Society volunteers who are involved in our very popular "First Look at AncestryDNA" session and "Analysing your AncestryDNA results" program. The sessions will be led by Christine Woodlands.

This is a great opportunity for your questions about how we think using Ancestry and AncestryDNA could assist your family history research and how you can develop your skills in working with your AncestryDNA results.

Do you want to talk about who to test to help breakdown that brick wall? Do you want a quick response to why you can't get one of the features of AncestryDNA to work for you? Do you have questions about building trees at Ancestry? Do you want to talk about the different subscriptions available at Ancestry? These are a few of the topics we expect.

Please note that you will need to know your Ancestry log in details if your question is about your AncestryDNA test.
